Since establishing his law firm in Mashpee in 2004, Attorney Steven T. Snow distinguishes himself as an attorney willing to take your case to trial. Attorney Snow handles personal injury claims which may arise from: auto, motorcycle, bicycle and boating accidents, accidents that involve texting while driving or distracted driving, drunk driving, pedestrian and passenger accidents, dog bites, construction site injury, or premise and product liability. Attorney Snow worked his way through law school as a retail stock broker with Merrill Lynch. After earning his Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1988, Attorney Snow worked for a Boston law firm that represented insurance companies and their customers. This experience has provided him with an unrivaled understanding of exactly how insurance companies value personal injury claims, and how they prepare for trial. He uses this insight to anticipate his opponent’s arguments in the courtroom which ensures that his clients obtain a judgement on their behalf. Attorney Snow has also successfully resolved many bodily injury and wrongful death claims through mediation and arbitration.
